Objectives

Key Features

Use Cases

Vectorisation of MRI images enabling intelligent, similarity-based search and retrieval, BRAID’s flagship use case.

Longitudinal cohort analysis for brain-ageing and neurodegenerative-disease research.

Deep-learning model training on neuroimaging and clinical datasets within a governed, secure compute environment.

Cross-study data harmonisation, letting researchers query across previously siloed CBR datasets.

Data / Datasets Available

Structured clinical/cohort data and unstructured neuroimaging (MRI) data from CBR’s ageing and brain-health research programmes. Access is restricted to CBR-affiliated and approved researchers under strict privacy controls, not a public dataset.

Our Role

CDPG leads architecture and development of the full stack, data exchange layer, MLOps infrastructure, and secure applications layer.

Impact

Active collaboration supporting CBR’s longitudinal brain-health and ageing research at national scale.
