The study utilizes a multi-faceted methodology, starting with detailed literature review followed by a content analysis to systematically analyse data, uncovering recurring themes, gaps, and opportunities.<br \/>Results: The literature review highlights significant limitations in current frameworks, especially their adaptability to new technologies and the integration of ethical considerations with technical solutions. Content analysis facilitated the development of a novel framework that bridges these gaps. The study underscores the need for a more integrated and dynamic framework that balances privacy protection with data utility while embedding ethical principles into technical solutions.
